- To provide advocacy for children, mums, dads and carers.
- Promote positive links between the home, school, local organisations and agencies so that families receive the best care and support that is available to them.
Debbie can offer support with:
Home School Link:
If you have a problem and you are not sure how to talk to school about it, or you would like to speak to someone in confidence, then Debbie is willing to listen and can offer you support.
Debbie has information on organisations that can support families through difficult times such as bereavement, separation, unemployment and illness.
No one has ever claimed to be the perfect parent. It's a tough job and is not easy all of the time. If your child is presenting you with some difficult behaviour then please do not suffer in silence. Support is out there for you.
Transition to Secondary School:
This is a tricky time for children. If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to ask for help. Debbie can help you in liasing with both primary and secondary school in order to help you and your child move on smoothly.
Debbie has information on benefits, helpful local charities, accessible grants and organisations that can help families on a low income.
If you would like to meet with Debbie, then she can be contacted via the school office.
